General Objective:

To develop and implement a technological innovation that enhances the health supplemental services offered by the company, improving customer satisfaction and increasing accessibility and affordability in the Colombian healthcare market.

Specific Objectives:

1. Enhance Customer Accessibility: Develop a user-friendly digital platform that allows customers to easily schedule appointments with specialized healthcare providers, access telemedicine services, and receive personalized health advice and recommendations within the company's supplemental services.

2. Ensure Affordability and Transparency: Create a pricing model and structure that is transparent and affordable for customers, ensuring that the cost of acquiring health supplemental services aligns with their financial capabilities and provides clear value for their investment.

3. Implement Robust Data Security Measures: Establish stringent data security protocols and safeguards to protect customer health information, ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection regulations and addressing customer fears regarding privacy and data security.
